Our Design Process

01. Design Consultation

We begin with an on-site visit to your property where we establish your goals, challenges and vision for the space, followed by a property assessment and a preliminary design concept.

02. Project Scope and Approval

After our consultation, a design proposal is drawn up based on the size and complexity of your project. Each design is individually priced to reflect the unique requirements of your property.

03. Concept Design Development

Once the design proposal is approved, detailed site measurements and photos are collected and your landscape design is prepared. Depending on the scope of your project, deliverables may include:

  • scaled landscape plans

  • planting plans

    material recommendations

  • mood boards

  • elevation drawings

  • colour renderings

04. Final Invoice

Upon completion of design, your invoice will be sent. Payment may be made via credit card or e-transfer to bexdesignco@gmail.com.

05. Design Presentation

Once payment has been processed, your design package is delivered digitally for your review. One revision round is included with your design.
